SOL was created from my lifelong passion for dance and education and shaped into the space I wished existed growing up. A space that is safe, supportive, and rooted in community.
It is a community first experience for dancers who want to train with intention, connect with like minded peers, and grow together. Dancers are encouraged to explore their artistry, build confidence, and develop as individuals, not in comparison to others, but in connection with them.

SOL is a Canadian touring dance experience built around connection, growth, and artistry. We bring dancers together through high-level training curated events across the country. At its core, SOL is rooted in community and purpose, creating space for dancers to grow as both artists and humans.
