SOL was created with a bigger purpose in mind. Our mission is to inspire artistry, build confidence, and bring dancers together through meaningful, high-quality training experiences. We believe dance should feel connected, supportive, and creative, and every event we host reflects that intention.

SOL is a touring dance experience that travels across Canada, bringing dancers and communities together. At every stop, we create a space built on connection - a place where dancers feel welcomed, supported, and part of something larger than themselves.​

We focus on developing the whole dancer: strong technique, a healthy mindset, and an honest connection to their artistry. SOL is redefining what a dance experience can be. Scholarship Opportunities:
SOL proudly invests in the next generation of artists by providing over $20,000 in scholarships each year to young dancers across Canada. Our scholarships support dancers in pursuing their training, performance opportunities, and long-term growth. We also offer financial-need support for families who require assistance, ensuring that passionate dancers have access to the experiences they deserve.

Under the visionary leadership of Founder and Artistic Director Jade DeLaronde, SOL continues to grow as one of Canada’s leading spaces for artistry, community, and high-quality dance education. Jade brings over a decade of international teaching experience, along with a deep commitment to uplifting and empowering dancers at every level.
Her approach to leadership is dancers first.​​
Every decision, class, and event is guided by the desire to see dancers supported not only in their technique, but in their confidence, wellness, and personal growth. Jade’s goal is to create environments where dancers feel seen, valued, and encouraged - both as artists and as individuals.​
At SOL, we strive to lift others up, lead with honesty and integrity, create a space where everyone belongs encourage rather than compare, empower dancers to recognize their worth, support families with care and respect, build a positive atmosphere, and support personal growth alongside technical development​​.
