Refund & Credit Policy

Event Registration

Please note: SOL does not offer refunds for attendee-initiated cancellations.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to support our dance families.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Credit vouchers toward a future SOL event may be issued if we are notified at least 72 hours before the event. Please email us within this timeframe to be eligible.

  • A $15 administrative fee per order applies to cover processing costs when a credit voucher is issued.

  • Credit vouchers will not be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event, as your spot has already been reserved and key event preparations have been made.

We appreciate your understanding and support, and we look forward to welcoming you to a future SOL experience!

Supervision & Safety

At SOL Dance Collective, the safety and well-being of all participants is our top priority.

Our SOL team, including room monitors, is here to support dancers during classes and breaks. However, they are not responsible for supervising dancers or non-registered siblings at all times. Parents and guardians are kindly asked to supervise their children in common areas, such as the lobby, to help ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.

Please note that SOL does not offer a drop-off program before or after classes and is not a childcare service. If your dancer is not yet comfortable remaining in the space independently, we encourage a parent, guardian, family friend, or studio representative to remain on-site to assist with following instructions and staying in designated areas. Suitability for independent participation should be determined based on your dancer’s age and maturity level.

Room Access

  • Only registered dancers, observers, and teachers with valid passes are permitted in dance rooms.

  • Non-dancing siblings under the age of 9 are not allowed in the rooms to ensure focus and a productive learning environment.

  • Siblings aged 9+ who wish to observe may purchase an observer pass.

Dancer Safety

  • Dancers are expected to remain in dance rooms or designated SOL areas during breaks. If your dancer has difficulty following instructions, a parent or guardian should remain on-site during the event.

  • SOL is not a gymnastics facility. For safety, participants are asked to refrain from acrobatic or gymnastic movements unless specifically instructed in a SOL Faculty class.

  • SOL Dance Collective, its host facilities, and event venues are not responsible for injuries or lost personal items. Participation is at the dancer’s own risk.

  • If first aid is needed, please notify a SOL staff member at the registration desk immediately.

  • All personal items should be stored neatly along the perimeter of the room or under chairs to prevent tripping hazards.

  • All registered dancers must complete and sign a SOL waiver prior to participation.
